Games Club
Games Club is a friendly, supervised, low sensory environment for students with SEN needs at social times. Students are able to play a whole variety of board and card games, with staff often challenged to join in! Whilst playing games is popular, some students prefer to sit and talk to peers, whilst others simply need a space to sit quietly with their own thoughts. Games Club is a particularly helpful provision for students with autism, high anxiety and sensory needs. Students do not need a diagnosis to attend, however in order to maintain the low sensory environment numbers are restricted, hence attendance is by invitation only.
