Inspiring Minds during UK Parliament Week
Last week, Liskeard School and Community students dove into the heart of UK Parliament Week as part of their engaging PSHE programme. Students explored the history of Parliament, how it works, who it involves and the role it plays in their lives today.
On Friday, Sheryll Murray MP joined some of the sessions in action and was thoroughly impressed by the students' enthusiasm and dedication. She was not only thrilled to witness the students' interest in UK politics, but also excited to learn about the Student Council's initiative to enhance the Liskeard school experience.
